Studio Rental Application

Art Bias currently has one studio available:
Studio #112, 105 SqFt, $455/month

To apply, a $50 application fee is required and should be made payable to Art Bias. This is a processing fee that is non-refundable and does not apply towards rent.

Application Criteria

A rotating selection panel comprised of arts professionals, Art Bias artists, and alumni will review and select artists when a studio opening occurs. The panel will be using the following criteria:

·   Artistic merit: creative excellence, originality, cohesive body of work, commitment to art practice based on submitted artwork.

·   The artist’s strong exhibition history, reviews and/or record of accomplishments.

·   The artist’s demonstrated need for the program and the anticipated significant impact to their artwork and/or careers.

·   Demonstrated commitment to community service, active program and community participation and fit with the Art Bias vision and goals.
