Art Bias invites emerging and established Northern California artists, age 18 and up, who use mosaics in their work, to submit their 2D or small 3D mosaic artwork for "Elements of Contemporary Mosaics," a juried exhibition. This exhibition aims to showcase the evolving language of mosaic art through 2D and small 3D pieces, highlighting its versatility in material, form, and concept.

The goal of this exhibition is to promote the vibrancy of mixed media and fine art mosaics and expand public awareness through community outreach. Aimee Shapiro, Executive Director of the San Mateo County Office of Arts and Culture, will serve as the juror. 

Exhibition Dates: November 2-29, 2025

Opening Reception: November 2, 2025 - 1:00-3:00 p.m.

Submission Dates: August 29 - September 21, 2025

Notification of Acceptance: October 1, 2025
